Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I)

The Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) course is a 2-day course designed for individuals who want to learn the foundations of Scrum and the role of the Product Owner in Scrum. This course is designed to provide a deep understanding of the Scrum framework and how it can be used to create and deliver high-value products.
During the course, you will learn the responsibilities of the Product Owner, including how to create a product vision, develop and manage a product backlog, and work with the Scrum Team to create a product increment. You will also learn about the various tools and techniques that can be used to effectively manage the product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization techniques. At the end of the course, you will have the opportunity to take the PSPO  I certification exam, which will test your knowledge of the Scrum  framework and the role of the Product Owner. Upon passing the exam, you  will receive a PSPO I certification from Scrum.org.

  • Sprint Retrospective: How to conduct a sprint retrospective and continuously improve the Scrum process.
