Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) Certification
Zielgruppe: Nur für Unternehmen und Institutionen.The Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification course is a two-day course designed to help participants understand and apply Scrum, an agile framework for managing and completing complex projects. The course provides an overview of Scrum and its principles, as well as practical tools and techniques for implementing Scrum in a real-world setting. The course is designed for anyone who wants to gain a deeper understanding of Scrum, including project managers, team leaders, software developers, and other IT professionals. The course includes a mix of interactive lectures, group discussions, and hands-on exercises to help participants gain a practical understanding of Scrum. Upon completion of the course, participants will be eligible to take the PSM I certification exam to become a certified Professional Scrum Master.
